No Limits Rocks Scenery and Cart Textures

I have been seeing rocks as scenery in some coasters and was just wondering how to get rocks into your coasters and where to get them, and how do you make your own cart textures as I cant seem to find how.[:D][8D]

Its because some people makes them, and they are located in your object folder, and for the car texture they are in the car texture folder, to edit them you need a editing program such as, photo shop, Ms paint and etc...

when you say "MS" paint, might that stand for microsoft paint.
