what are you talking about? in RCT to make a ride you click new ride>then what you want. Then you place a segment(normally a station) then you click on the big gutton in the popup to place the next piece. THen to change the piece like on one of the small buttons and the top of the popup. For a lift, for example, make an up slope then add a chain.

If you are talking about the RideMaker Program for RCT2, then I would suggest going to http://www.rct2.com/ . That is where the creator likes to hang out on the forums.
