why do u have to post forums to download rides

Oscar thinks it'll improve the forum activity.

If anything, it's made it worse to be honest. Anyone that would have continued to post after signing up would have done so anyway and we wouldn't end up with these idiots posting rubbish just to get to the limit. Yeah, there may be more posts on average than there used to be but the average for quality posts is still roughly the same.
