Wooden/ Steel Supports Hybrid Help

Is there any way to make the auto wood supports steel beams, without deleting all but the free-nodes and placing the beams by hand, 1 by 1?
Just a way to make supports steel quicker for a hybrid coaster, liek Voyage or Hades.

select al the supports and make them made by L or H beams?

If you use Construction Kit it has a tube exchanger that will do that for you.

Yes there is. I'll look it up and post it for you in a few minutes.

First use the generator to make all the track you want to be Steel Beams (usually just the structure). Then highlight the whole model, click on a support, and change it to a Steel Beam, it will change them all to steel. Then generate the catwalks/everything else, it will be wood. Than tada! Your done.

And is there a way to make the catwalks, and handrails brown- wood color, while the supports are gray steel?

Do exactly what Knexrule11 said and but after you add the first set, change the color....

just use a different color for them. :p
