You make 3d models a program 3d max which is really expensive, so if u have 200 300 dollars to burn then go out and buy it.

i really don't think that such a site existes, you'll just need to find some good pics that are as close to what you need as possible. also the basic copy of max costs about $600 american, and the pro version costs about $1000 american.
