So I'm going for a desert storm-theme, as that's the only link I could find between a desert and an Apache [:D] I've been doing some 3ds-work the last few hours, and this is the result up to now:

Haha that's made by the old terraformer, which I used to export the track to a 3ds-file as I haven't purchased the CK.

This is my angel. It needs scenery. It also needs a better paint job. I doubt I'll make any though.

And now some comments from Helpy Helperton.

Sobek: I had no idea what is going on in that picture except that I can't see a damned thing, so you're screwing yourself out of help.

Mikado: Looks neat. I would suggest making some kind of rock rim on your tunnel as the sand will just fall on the tracks from what you've made so far. Sand tends to make around pretty easy.

Jakizle: Cool loopydoos, then remind me of Vekoma's infamous Butterfly Loops. Also, the Intamin SLC's to my knowledge have stairs up both sides of the lifthill, or none at all until the top like on the Finnish one.

Indi: That's a very nice B&M train, but why do I give a damn that it exists? Post something useful to you and everyone or post nothing.

I'm going to have to drop out. I only have 8 days to start something and that's just not enough time for me to turn out something decent.

I know the colors are crap but it fits my strange, movie based theme. I'm going to use the NL Construction Kit to let the colors lighten as the track increases height and visa versa.

Look at my weird custom supports. [lol][:p]

Guys..it's not looking good for me. I'm in CO until the 25th and I have way too much supports to do while on vacation. Plus, the trackwork is pretty crappy and if were at home I would redo it with FVD anyways.

ok, i'm officially out. I lost the most trackwork in a computer crash. And it's way too much work to restart again. Count me out... Crappy pc of mine... I have a small backup on my laptop with only 2 elements in there.

I just scrapped my 12. layout. But I'm not giving up yet. My entry might not come out perfect, but it's the thought that counts, right?
