I never said I did not like it. I mearly stated an opinion that there is an easier and quicker way to achieve the same result (usually better). Also It was my opinion that when you compare rendering high quality models to creating highly detailed low-poly models through the use of textures, low poly modeling presented more of a challenge.

The quality of Whitewolfs work was never in question, which I agreed was good. Just trying to help a good modeler be better.

Well, I don't have 3dmax so I wouldn't know about methodology, but I do know that that car is amazing, whether made properly or not.

the reason that i don't NURBS model is becuse i abloslutly hate it. I've tried it a bunch of times, and poly modeling is just so much easyer.

My latest render. I've done some more work on the back end of the car. I realise that the rear light material is abit messed up but it isn't too bad right now, so i think i'll leave it for another day to fix. Not much more to say.

Hmm, well, this is just amazing, man...sure you can see some small imperfections, but I can't see myself EVER getting up to doing something like this. Learning the software and carrying it out so amazingly. Excellent, excellent, excellent....and I loved the Elise, also.

For me, I just DRAW cars....but this is really the new element of car design, so sweet job. Wow, it's just so beautiful.

possibly, but considering that each frame takes about 15-20mins to render, that might not happen

You would benefit greatly by moving to something with a gig of ram, a nice video card, and a fast CPU, like a 3+ ghz P4 with HT.
