That's what my parents are drivin', but sometimes I'll grab the keys and take it for a ride. It's in our driveway right now, and you can see our shed in the background!
^^nice car Kev, I love jeeps. is that an 07? if I were to get a jeep right now it'd either be that or an old grand cherokee.
as for cars, right now we have a chysler seabring and a toyota highlander, nothin fancy. we did have a 94 jeep cherokee but we just gave that to my brother for his birthday. if we get another car it's gonna be a hybrid.
Well, I don't have a car yet, but we have four at our house, and who knows why... My dad has a Ford Excursion, a Ford F 150 truck but it is a 1992, so it is ugly. My sister has a Pontiac 2004 Grand Am, and we also have a 2006 Chevrolet HHR... Which I am hoping to be mine. I know, I think it is dumb that my dad owns 3 cars, but the F 150 is a collectable, the excursion is paid off, and it gets 10 miles per gallon WTF, and that's why we have the HHR because it get's good MPG... My mom (who does not live with me) Has two cars, a 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer, and a 2006 Honda Accord, again, I don't know why people need more than one car but... So all together my family has 6 cars, and when i get a license in october, we will have 7
i got me a '94 ford explorer with 190k miles on it and worn radius arm bushings and a new clutch and tires.. works fine.. rides a little rough untill straighten out the front end problems.. sure wish i had another late 80's jetta or golf though.. best car i ever had was an 86 jetta, i sold it to a girl from the czech republic and she and her dad were STOKED!!!
i'm STOKED!!!! i just replaced the radius arm bushings in my front end, the truck handles like a dream now, instead of like i'm gonna die when i step on the brakes.. i'm ready for summer road trips now..
Our speed limits in America are at most 70mph. We have cars that can go so much faster, yet we're not allowed to. Go figure.
Anyway, I'll post some picks of my ride and my mom's ride later on. I've got an '06 Volkswagon Jetta my mom has a '98 SVT Mustang Cobra. Both are standards and both are a blast to drive.
There are a few roads around where I live where you can go 75 and in Texas you can go 80 in stretches. Still nothing like doing 100 on the German Autobahns in the slow lane though.
my dad just bought some 99' bmw coupe that hes gonna sell and hopefully profit off of, he said i could keep it if i want it but its got +130k miles on it and im pretty sure i can find a 00' or 01' audi a4 with much less mileage on it for around the same price, so thats what im hunting now
our family just bought a red prius, its kinda nice, and it gets 60 miles to the gallon, but im still looking at the solstice. They are pretty cheap, and look real nice, even though theyre bad on fuel...
How's MY car you ask????? WELL I'LL TELL YOU HOW IT IS! ITS FANTASTIC!!!!!!
lol, yes I just came home from buying my first car. Its a 92 Integra, just bought it in Hollywood for $2,000. This thing is a BEAST. Its SO powerful and fun. I havent even driven it yet, I need to learn how to drive it (stick shift) tomorrow. Can't wait!
