Any idea who's building it? Can't really tell from the model but it looks a bit like GCI to me
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

I'm clueless to who is designing. Maybe it's a new company that no one really knows of? Doesn't look very GCI-ish or GG-ish to me what so ever.

By the looks of the picture, I think it may be an S&S wooden coaster, just going by the shaping of the lift, but the pic is too small to get any real detail of the layout.

I think S&S is done with woodies.... at least until I can ride Avalanche more than 5 times in a day. That and until they take the trims of name changer.

Things are cheaper when you engage in genocide/slave labor/other nefarious business like they do. Sure they've had economic development, but the cost to their people and surrounding environment has been horrific. Pretty sure all of the most polluted places in the world that are not Soviet and "mining company in Africa" are in China by a large margin.

Additionally not honoring patents (outright stealing), etc makes things cheaper as well.

Then again all of the bullets/flame throwers they've been using on Tibet are probably expensive in the long run but still.

That's a bummer. Chinese are beating us at everything nowadays.
